【明報專訊】Some time ago the government appointed former Deputy Secretary for Labour and Welfare Roy Tang Yun-kwong (鄧忍光) Director of Broadcasting (廣播處長) after the post had remained vacant for four months. The appointment has aroused much resentment, especially among Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK) staff. The Director of Broadcasting is the head of RTHK.
