【明報專訊】Donald Tsang will leave office in less than a month. Despite the pan-democrats' threat of an impeachment (彈劾), it seems quite likely he will get away with all the extravagances he has enjoyed. In his report Andrew Li laid out 36 suggestions. He suggested that the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance be applicable to the Chief Executive in future, and that the CE could not accept any hospitality without the approval of an independent committee. But Li admitted that the new regulations could not be in place in just several weeks.
