【明報專訊】With 1st of July approaching, a new administration is about to be sworn in. How it will tackle the issue of the reopening of borders with the mainland has attracted much attention. Earlier this week (last week), the State Council appointed the officials of the new SAR governance team, and the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office talked about the central government's "five expectations", expressing hope that the new government will answer citizens' concerns with concrete achievements. The first of such, in the order of the "five expectations", was on housing, and the second was on the reopening of borders with the mainland.
