【明報專訊】Moving to a new place is about the future. We have uprooted ourselves from our place of origin because we are convinced that education for our children, the economic outlook for ourselves or the prospects of liberty will be better if we bid farwell. To make sure that the days ahead live up to our aspirations, we make plans and execute them. Reminiscing about the past is a waste of time.
