【明報專訊】The second reading debate on the Waste Disposal (Charging for Municipal Solid Waste) (Amendment) Bill 2018 has resumed, and it is expected that the bill will be adopted in this legislative year. Nominally, the bill will mark an important step towards waste reduction in Hong Kong. But in reality, it is doubtful how much progress will be made.
