While the option of physical interaction has been removed for the most part of the year, Zoom and similar applications have become the new norm for students and teachers alike. It is, however, a misconception that the transferral of platforms is a mere one-click-away. Think of it as moving houses — furniture has to be removed, rearranged or bought to cater for the new space and needs. In essence, online learning is a completely different domain that requires customisation.
