【明報專訊】A COVID-19 vaccination programme founded by an international coalition, namely COVAX, currently has a hundred or so participating nations. Progress has also been made in its negotiations with China and the EU. However, Washington has stated clearly that the US will not participate. The US Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has even notified all states to prepare for vaccine distribution before the presidential election in November.
