【明報專訊】ON December 10 every year, governments and people around the world celebrate the Human Rights Day. On that day in 1948, the newly formed United Nations adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Since then, the ideas of equality, respect and dignity for all have become more and more common in ordinary people's minds. Even children learn about the importance of human rights in schools. Many popular films and music, and even fashion and children's toys, have helped to spread those universal values.
