【明報專訊】THE controversial issue of the amendment of the Fugitive Offenders Ordinance is developing in a way that is against Hong Kong people's wish. The amendment is becoming increasingly internationalised, as the US has concerned itself with the issue in a high‑profile manner. This has complicated matters further.
