【明報專訊】THE Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (formerly known as Hang Seng Management College) has officially become the second private university in Hong Kong. During the university name launching ceremony, it stressed that it aspires to be a leading, non-profit, liberal-arts-oriented private university in the region. Intending to create its uniqueness and build a reputation, it will not pour resources into the "ranking game".
