【明報專訊】Every new year, people make new (or revisited) resolutions so that they may look forward to making improvements or trying new things necessary to have a happier year ahead. Recently, I came across reports on the world trends in cosmetic plastic surgery. The release of those reports at the time of the new year seems to suggest that there may be a link between self-improvement through cosmetic surgery and new year goals.
