【明報專訊】YESTERDAY US president Donald Trump started his 10-day 5-nation Asia tour. It is longer than any other US presidential tour the world has seen over the past twenty-five years. His long tour is to cover many nations, but it does not follow that the US attaches the greatest importance to its relations with countries in the region. Nor does that imply his trip will prove successful. On the contrary, his Asia tour may intensify the old and new grudges countries in the region harbour against the US.
