【明報專訊】THE Kwun Tong Town Centre project, the biggest redevelopment plan by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) to date, has recently been found to have undergone major design alterations. The proposed oval-shaped landmark and terraced park complete with flowing water and falls have been covertly removed from the plan. With the absence of previously promised social functions and ideas, the new design is nothing more than that of a shopping mall, with property developers being the sole party to benefit from it.
