【明報專訊】AS property prices balloon higher and higher, developing housing on the land one holds has become a business practice that guarantees profit. Apart from serving God, some church bodies seem to be interested in the secular business of property development as well, as they are happily partnering with developers to develop flats in a way that they offer the land while the latter provide the money.
