【明報專訊】CHIEF EXECUTIVE Carrie Lam attended her first question-and-answer session in the Legislative Council. No one threw objects, and there was an absence of verbal abuses and ad hominem attacks. It is a good start and cause for celebration that Carrie Lam and the pan-democrats were treating other courteously.
