【明報專訊】LAST MARCH an escalator at Mongkok's Langham Place suddenly moved backwards, causing a number of injuries. A report by the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) is likely to conclude that negligence was involved in the accident, as the escalator was poorly maintained.
