【明報專訊】TWO DOCTORS at the United Christian Hospital allegedly failed to issue drugs to Tang Kwai-sze, a female patient, who developed liver failure subsequently and whose life remains uncertain after two liver transplant operations. Yesterday (May 10) Leung Pak-yin, Chief Executive of the Hospital Authority (HA), made an apology, admitting that the hospital had failed to report the incident in accordance with related regulations. But he denied that a collective cover-up was involved.
