【明報專訊】Sailors and people who live near the sea know what a rust bucket is. It's a ship rusty with age. Sometimes a sailor might speak with affection or even contempt of a particular rust bucket. Thomas said he's worked on a dozen or more rust buckets sailing between here and South America. "That's true, and the last rust bucket I sailed on was so old it nearly sank in a typhoon right here in Hong Kong harbour."
