【明報專訊】TODAY (January 18) Chief Executive (CE) Leung Chun-ying is to deliver his last policy address, in which his social welfare policy will be a focus. Leung has pledged himself to push for legislating for standard working hours, deal with the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) offsetting mechanism and universal retirement protection and carry out the platform on which he ran for CE in 2012. When he delivers his last policy address today, he ought to deliver and thereby show the incumbent administration has no intention of defaulting.
