【明報專訊】THE WEST KOWLOON CULTURAL DISTRICT AUTHORITY has decided to launch a public consultation on the building of the Hong Kong Palace Museum to invite views concerning its design and operation. Professional groups including cultural circles and the architectural profession will also be consulted.
