【明報專訊】SINCE the new air traffic control system came into full operation, the Civil Aviation Department (CAD) has been describing its running as "very smooth". However, Jeremy Tam, a civilian pilot turned Legislative Councillor, is of the opinion that the new system is problematic citing several pieces of information given him by frontline CAD staff, and is asking whether the CAD is hiding the truth from the public intentionally.
