【明報專訊】THE AUDIT COMMISSION has published a report on the joint-office operations on water seepage in buildings taken by the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) and the Buildings Department (BD). The report brings to light problems in areas like investigation actions, enforcement actions, monitoring of service contractors and managing information systems for water-seepage cases, because of which some of the seepage cases could not be handled within the 133-day reference timeframe, the performance pledge.
