【明報專訊】BY ANNOUNCING his decision to run for Chief Executive (CE), Woo Kwok-hing, a retired judge, has set the CE race in motion. No sooner had the rumour about Woo's run started going around than it was said that John Tsang, a hot favourite for the post, had written to the central government making known his intention to run. Regina Ip, who sits on both the Executive Council and the Legislative Council, has disclosed that she is still making preparations for her run, while it is known to everyone that Leung Chun-ying, the incumbent, will seek re-election. In other words, the CE race has finally got underway.
