【明報專訊】ANDREW LEUNG, the President of the Legislative Council (Legco), has decided to delay the swearing-in of Sixtus Leung and Yau Wai-ching until the court makes a ruling on the judicial review case filed by the government. His hope, Andrew Leung says, is that his decision will make Legco a place for deliberation of matters again. However, whether things will go as he hopes depends on what will come of Sixtus Leung's and Yau's resistance, which they have vowed to put up, and several non-establishment lawmakers' vow to defend the pair's rights as lawmakers.
