【明報專訊】A DRAFT BILL aimed at reforming the Medical Council has been torpedoed owing to filibustering in the Legislative Council in complete violation of social justice and the public interest. The public, nevertheless, has no choice but to accept the outcome grudgingly. The government must act to address public anger and dissatisfaction so as to avoid more social instability.
