【明報專訊】THE RELOCATION PLAN for a School for Social Development (SSD) has aroused concern and discussion. Not only have political parties and local politicians weighed in, the headmaster of a school has also come to the forefront of the opposition against its relocation. By discriminating against students with special needs, this man has totally disregarded the principle of "education for everyone". What he has done is very much at variance with what society expects. It has been such a relief to see that these people's actions, which are aimed at political advantages and which are at odds with all the educational principles, have provoked a public outcry, so much so that the political parties, politicians and headmaster concerned have been roundly criticised and condemned.
