【明報專訊】DUE TO the cost overruns of the Express Rail Link (XRL) project, the government is requesting extra funding of $19.6 billion from the Finance Committee. According to the government and MTR, the project will have to be suspended if the funding request is not granted by the Finance Committee by the end of this month.
