【明報專訊】TODAY (March 2) the Legislative Council (Legco) is again to look at the Copyright (Amendment) Bill. According to what the government said the other day, it will drop the matter unless it goes through Legco by the end of this week. No signs being seen that any pan-democratic legislators would look at the bill differently, there is an extremely high probability that it will be thrown out.
