【明報專訊】AN OFFSHORE WIND FARM is being planned at Guishan, Zhuhai, Guangdong Province. At the same time, Shenzhen's water supplies authority, citing the need for prompt action to eliminate the "blackness and odour" of mud on the seabed, is discharging chemicals into Shenzhen Bay in an "experiment". Though these water-surface projects are being carried out in Guangdong Province, their proximity to our city means that they will affect the lives of residents and water quality in some Hong Kong districts.
