【明報專訊】THE GOVERNMENT'S request for extra funding for the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge has been approved after Chan Kin-por, chairman of the Legco Finance Committee, cut the pan-democrats' filibuster "with the greatest difficulty". In Legco today, filibustering is no longer confined to individual cases. A filibuster will be launched against any government proposal on the slightest pretext, or even when a few radical lawmakers feel dissatisfied.
