【明報專訊】IN recent years, as the construction sector has been experiencing a boom, contractors working on projects of different sizes have been complaining about labour shortage, which has caused delays in such projects. Delays in public construction projects like the Express Rail Link and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge are blamed on the shortage of labour. To make up for time lost in these delays, the import of labour is almost the only way, given the structure of the labour market at the moment.
