【明報專訊】AROUND two and a half years ago, the Department of Justice (DOJ) launched an investigation into former ICAC Commissioner Timothy Tong's irregularities, which, conducted when he was in office, included entertainment and gift-giving expenses and the numerous visits he made. The DOJ has decided not to bring criminal charges against Tong.
