【明報專訊】THE CHINESE ECONOMY grew 6.9% in 2015. That was the first time over the past twenty-five years that rate had dropped below 7%. According to the authorities, GDP growth remains in a reasonable neighbourhood. However, as the Chinese economy tends to keep turning down and there are no signs of bottoming out, it is hard at least within this year to be optimistic about the overall economic situation on the mainland.
