【明報專訊】THE LANTAU DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE has submitted its first report to the government. It proposes that Lantau be developed in five aspects. What it envisages is of such a huge scale that some members of it critically say it is like "Pegasus soaring across the skies". That shows doubts about the plan have arisen even in the committee.
