The three examples he gave included the judicial reviews against the constitutional reform proposal filed respectively by Yvonne Leung, a former Council Member of the Hong Kong Federation of Students and Kwok Cheuk-kin, a Cheung Chau resident, and that filed by TVB against the government's issuance of new free-to-air TV licences.
