【明報專訊】THE WORLD-SHAKING Paris terror attack has impacted on the world order and inevitably affected China's international strategy. Some analysts believe it will again ease the strategic pressure on China. However, conflicts in the Middle East will intensify because the US and Europe will join forces to annihilate ISIS and other terror organisations, which will put up desperate resistance. That will bring about many new challenges to China's international strategy and especially its "One Belt One Road (OBOR)" plan. Such challenges must be dealt with cautiously.
