【明報專訊】When I am alone, I like to sip coffee. Many people complain about the "starbuckisation" of our popular coffee culture. I do not mind that so much, because there are many times of a day that I crave for coffee and therefore would not mind having a Starbucks or something similar nearby. Yet sipping coffee - and delicately preparing for it - should be a personal affair. Serious coffee drinkers like coffee prepared and consumed in a private manner.
