【明報專訊】GREECE has concluded with its European creditors a third "austerity for relief" bailout package that may be worth as much as 86 billion euros (about HK$ 730 billion). It went through the Greek and German legislatures last week, and the eurozone crisis has eased for the time being. German Chancellor Angela Merkel calls it Europe's victory to have arrived at a bailout deal. However, the Greece debt crisis is far from being solved. The unity of the European Union has received severe blows, and it is hard for the wound to heal.
