【明報專訊】THE GOVERNMENT has announced its decision to widen the scope of a tap water testing scheme. Water will be tested in the nine public rental housing (PRH) estates completed in 2013 and afterwards and Kwai Luen Estate phase 1, where there are altogether around 24,000 units. This is the severest test PRH quality has ever been put through.
