【明報專訊】In an "open letter" issued two weeks ago, I ordered my little bug friends to make a swift exit from my withering (枯萎的) basils. Instead of threatening the bugs, I alarmed my actual buddies, who are very aware of my destructive-obsessive-problem-solving tendency. Before I turned my room into a lab for bio-chemical weapons against the bugs, they offered professional advice which I feel obliged to share. Now my basils are singing songs of victory in the summer heat.
