【明報專訊】THE COURT OF FINAL APPEAL ruled yesterday that the Chinachem Charitable Foundation is to hold as a trustee the HK$83 billion estate (valued as at 2012) of Nina Kung Yu-sum, the late chairwoman of Chinachem. This enormous fortune had more or less been in an unsettled state for some 20 years.
