【明報專訊】Twenty something years ago, I was a backpacker travelling in Europe. I was then in the Geneva (日內瓦) train station and ready to go to the next city. It was not yet time to go aboard, so I sat on a bench outside the station. A girl sat next to me. She was also waiting for the train. She came from a city called Cali in Colombia. We had a happy chat. But time was short, and we exchanged addresses.
