【明報專訊】Oliver packed his little suitcase and set out (啓程) in a tiny boat to see the world. He was far out to sea when he realised he'd forgotten to bring a lunch! "I must have been lost to the world when I planned this journey!" he exclaimed. To be lost to the world is to be unaware of what is happening, often because the person is thinking about something else. "But lost to the world can also mean to be sound asleep," Oliver said, "and I must have been napping (打盹) when I thought sailing around the world would be fun!"
