【明報專訊】THE Hong Kong Federation of Students is planning to visit Beijing. It now hopes that former Chief Executive Tung Chee-hwa will act as a go-between and arrange for its representatives to meet with officials responsible for Hong Kong's constitutional reform so that they can discuss with them matters concerning the issue.
