【明報專訊】IN a press conference Tung Chee-hwa, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC National Committee, appealed to Hong Kong people to accept the universal suffrage framework adopted by the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC). It was the first time Tung had publicly commented on Hong Kong political issues since he stepped down as Chief Executive citing his leg pains nine years ago.
