【明報專訊】THE STANDING COMMITTEE of the National People's Congress (NPCSC) is to meet to discuss Hong Kong's constitutional reform. On the eve of it, central government officials responsible for the matter and Hong Kong affairs had meetings with Hong Kong politicians and other individuals in Shenzhen. Their meeting with pan-democrats has attracted the most attention. Judging from what has been disclosed after the meeting, the gap between the two sides has not narrowed, but it has not widened either.
