【明報專訊】THIRTEEN academics that proposed a constitutional reform package some time ago have revised it by introducing a "list-based" nomination mechanism. The pan-democratic camp and the pro-establishment camp have tried to drum up popular support one after the other, but there have been few rational discussions of constitutional reforms. Nothing daunted by such an atmosphere, the thirteen academics have put the package forward with a view to arousing debate, finding common ground and reconciling differences. Their perseverance is commendable.
