【明報專訊】THE ALLIANCE for Peace and Democracy, capitalising on the momentum it has generated, is launching a mass demonstration scheduled for August 17. However, no sooner had its preparations begun than it transpired that the chairmen of the mutual aid committees of some buildings had enticed residents to join the march with money. The Alliance should not shrug these allegations off as mud-slinging.
