【明報專訊】YESTERDAY EVENING (April 24) the Transport and Housing Bureau (THB) made public a summary of a report prepared by a team set up in the Marine Department and charged with an internal investigation vis-à-vis the Lamma Island ferry collision. The summary is so scanty that one does not know what to make of it. The way in which the THB has handled information on the tragic ferry crash (in which many were killed or injured) falls far short of the public's and bereaved families' expectations.
