【明報專訊】A MAGISTRATE yesterday (April 9) returned a verdict of "not guilty" in favour of the architect, structural engineer, and building contractor of the illegal basement at former Chief Secretary Henry Tang Ying-yen's mansion in York Road, Kowloon Tong. If after studying the verdict the Department of Justice decides to take no further action, the case, which has captured so much public attention, will be closed.
